ATLANTA Reorganization Announced
ATLANTA Antriebssysteme, the German parent company of ATLANTA Drive Systems, has announced that they have decided to enter into a government-assisted reorganization program. This program is open to all companies that are in economic imbalance with a strong chance of sustainable reorganization. The company’s top management remains in place and will continue to run the company.
ATLANTA will continue the restructuring plan with experts in the field for the next several months, which will allow them to adapt to the changing market conditions and requirements. It is important to note that the business and production operations at ATLANTA will continue and remain unchanged to ensure the uninterrupted supply of products to our customers.
ATLANTA Drive Systems will continue to have a large inventory at their NJ warehouse for quick deliveries of most of our products. We trust that our customers will continue our good business relationship during this restructuring phase and continue to place their confidence in ATLANTA.
